The EMG Group acts as the developer, promoter and as the investor. As a result of these combined functions we are able to maximise the value of real estate. While a promoter/developer seeks to achieve a high price when a given project is completed, the investor wants to ensure that the property value remains stable long term. Keeping these objectives in mind, EMG has successfully developed properties of high and sustained value for many years.

EMG is involved in all aspects of real estate development. This includes conceptualizing a project, exploring development and usage options, co-operating - if required - in the preparation of building and/or zoning plans, obtaining development and building permits, arranging financing, preparing tenancy agreements, awarding building contracts, and property management. To optimize our real estate portfolio, some of our completed properties are sold and new projects are initialized.
